BDG Net login problem: fix it in this order
Updated 6 September 2026 · Independent BDG Net guide
Six causes cover nearly every BDG Net login problem, and four of them are fixed on your own phone: a missing +91 country code, a wrong password, an old APK build, or a network error. The fifth, an account restriction, goes through in-app customer service, and only the sixth, a platform-side outage, needs you to wait. Work through the list below in order and stop at the first step that gets you in. Reinstalling first wastes time when the real fault is one digit in the number.
BDG Net login not working: check the country code and number first
The account lives on the mobile number you registered with, and the login screen sends that number with the country code. India is +91. If the code field shows anything else, or the number carries a leading 0 or a second +91 inside the box, the server looks for an account that does not exist and rejects the login. The message does not say which field was wrong, so check the code first.
Look at the country code box before the number box and set it to +91.
Type the 10-digit number only, with no leading 0 and no +91 inside the number box.
Use the number the account was registered with, not a newer SIM.
Retype the password slowly, with the show-password toggle on if the screen has one.
Tap Login once and wait for the response before tapping again.
Wrong password on BDG Net: the reset path when you forgot it
Passwords are at least 6 characters, set by you at registration. After two or three wrong tries, stop guessing variations. The only published reset path is in-app customer service; there is no email link and no phone helpline, so any call or SMS offering a reset is not the platform. A session still logged in on another phone or in the browser is the fastest way to reach customer service.
Check Caps Lock and the keyboard language before the next try.
Try the password you set at registration, not a later phone unlock code.
Open the app or browser version on any device where you are still logged in.
Ask customer service inside the app for a password reset on your registered number.
With the new password, log in through BDG Net login so you land on the official page, not a look-alike.
App not opening or stuck on the logo: old APK build
The Android app comes from the hub's download button, not the Play Store, and it does not update itself. When the platform releases a new build, the old one stops working: it may open and fail at login, sit on the loading screen, or close on its own. All of these look like a login problem but are a build problem, so if login started failing without you changing anything, reinstall the current build first.
Uninstall the old app from Android settings.
Allow installs from this source when Android asks, then install.
Open the new build, set +91, enter the number and password, and log in.
On iPhone, skip the APK: open the site in Safari and use Add to Home Screen. On PC, use the browser or BlueStacks with the same APK.
Network error kaise hataye
Network error ya network timeout ka matlab hai ki app ki request server tak pahunchi hi nahi, ya jawab time par wapas nahi aaya. Password ya account se iska koi lena-dena nahi hai. Pehle connection badlo, phir app ka local data saaf karo, aur tab bhi na chale to browser version se check karo. Browser mein login ho jaye to app ki build purani hai; browser bhi fail ho to neeche wala 'when to stop' section padho.
Wi-Fi par ho to mobile data par switch karo, ya ulta.
Airplane mode kuch second on karke off karo, phir dobara try karo.
Phone ki date aur time automatic par rakho aur VPN band karo.
Android Settings > Apps > BDG Net > Storage > Clear data karo, phir dobara login karo.
Tab bhi error aaye to app uninstall karke BDG Net download se current build install karo.
Aakhri check: phone ke browser mein site khol kar login karo.
Why does BDG Net say login failed when the password is right
Three different faults produce the same screen. The country code changes which account the server looks up, so a right password against the wrong number is still a wrong login. An old build talks to the server in a way it no longer accepts, so the request is refused before the password is checked. A network timeout means nothing reached the server at all. The app cannot tell you which one happened, which is why the order matters: number, password, build, network.
The browser version is the tie-breaker: it runs the current code, keeps no cached app data, and the account follows the mobile number across devices. If it lets you in, the fault was the app on your phone; if it fails the same way, the phone is not the problem.
BDG Net account restricted or blocked: what you can and cannot do
If number, password, build and network all check out, the last possibility on your side is the account itself. The platform is for players aged 18 and over and is not offered in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland or Sikkim; an account outside those rules can be restricted, and so can one flagged for reasons the platform does not publish. Nothing outside the app can read that status; the only path is in-app customer service.
A new account on a different number is a fresh, empty account; it carries none of the balance or history of the restricted one, so it is not a workaround. If you cannot reach customer service at all, our contact section at BDG Net contact is the place to reach us.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I log in on the browser if the app keeps failing?
Yes. The account follows the mobile number, not the device, so the phone browser, Safari on an iPhone, or a PC browser shows the same balance and history, and it is the quickest way to separate an app fault from a platform fault.
Does clearing data or reinstalling the app delete my balance?
No. Balance, bet history and bound bank details sit on the server against your number; clearing data or reinstalling only removes what is cached on the phone, so you just type the number and password again.
Network timeout comes on mobile data but Wi-Fi works, why?
The request is not getting through on that one connection. Use the one that works, turn off any VPN, and retry the other later; if both fail and the browser fails too, it is platform-side.
Is there a BDG Net helpline number for login problems?
No. Support is in-app customer service only, so a call or WhatsApp message claiming to be BDG Net support is not the platform. Do not share your password with anyone who contacts you first.
