BDG Net deposit not received: what to check before you pay again
Updated 6 September 2026 · Independent BDG Net guide
1–2 minutes is the usual gap between a UPI transfer and the credit showing in a BDG Net wallet. If that window has passed and the balance has not moved, the order is usually sitting at To be paid because the transfer did not match it, not because the money is gone. Do not pay a second time and do not cancel the order. Work through the checks below in order, and keep your UTR ready for customer service.
What to do first when a BDG Net deposit is not received
Run these checks in this order. Most missing deposits are explained by step three or four, and support moves faster when you already have the order ID and UTR.
One rule sits above the others: a paid order is evidence. Cancel it or pay again and you turn one problem into two.
Wait 1–2 minutes after the UPI app shows success, then refresh the wallet.
Open the deposit history and tap the order you paid.
Read the status. To be paid means the transfer has not been matched yet.
Compare the amount you sent with the order amount, rupee for rupee.
Copy the UTR or transaction ID from your bank or UPI app.
Do not cancel the order and do not create or pay a second one.
Screenshot the payment success screen showing amount, time and UTR.
Open in-app customer service and send the order ID, UTR and screenshot.
Stay in that chat thread; the reply shows there.
Deposit to be paid kyon dikh raha hai
To be paid ka matlab simple hai: aapne deposit order banaya, system ab uss order ke exact amount ka transfer dhoondh raha hai, aur abhi tak koi matching transfer mila nahi. Paisa kat jaane ke baad bhi yeh status kuch minute tak dikh sakta hai, isliye pehle 1–2 minute ka wait zaroori hai.
Agar wait ke baad bhi To be paid hai, toh teen hi baatein ho sakti hain. Ya amount order se alag gaya, ya order band ho chuka tha jab aapne pay kiya, ya payment kisi purane QR ya UPI ID par chala gaya jo iss order se linked nahi tha. Teeno case mein paisa gaya hai, bas system usse iss order ke saath jod nahi paaya.
Labels build ke hisaab se alag ho sakte hain, logic same hai. To be paid: order khula hai, transfer match nahi hua. Paid ya success: transfer match ho gaya, wallet mein credit aa gaya. Cancelled ya expired: order band ho gaya; agar aapne iske against pay kiya tha toh ab ise sirf customer service dekh sakti hai, isliye UTR sambhaal kar rakhein.
Why the money left my bank but the BDG Net wallet is empty
Every deposit starts as an order with a fixed amount and a payee. When a transfer for exactly that amount arrives at that payee, the system matches it to the open order and credits the wallet, usually within 1–2 minutes. Nothing in that chain reads your screenshot; it reads the amount and the destination. Any mismatch breaks the automatic step and the order stays at To be paid until a person reviews it.
Amount mismatch is the most common break. An order for ₹500 paid as ₹499 out of habit, or as ₹1,000 because you added more at the last second, does not match ₹500. Pay the figure printed on the order; for a different amount, create a new order.
Expired order is the second cause: you open an order, get interrupted, and pay after it has closed, so the transfer arrives against something the system is no longer watching. Paying an old QR is the same failure; a QR or UPI ID saved from last week belongs to last week's order.
Bank delay is the one cause where nothing is wrong on the platform side. A UPI transfer can sit as pending at the bank, and until it settles there is no UTR to match. The wallet updates on its own once the bank clears it; your only job is not to pay again while you wait.
How to report a deposit problem to BDG Net customer service
Support is inside the app only. There is no phone helpline, and any number or WhatsApp account presenting itself as a BDG Net deposit desk is not the platform. Open customer service from the app menu or the deposit page; the route is also described at BDG Net contact.
Send one clear message instead of several short ones: the order ID from the deposit history, the exact amount paid, the UTR or transaction ID, the time of payment, and the bank or UPI screenshot. If you paid against an expired order or an old QR, say so; it saves a round of questions.
Never send your login password or an OTP to anyone, including in that chat; support needs order and payment details, not credentials. Keep the conversation in the app so the history stays with your account.
How to make sure the next BDG Net deposit is credited
The minimum deposit is ₹100 and the accepted methods are UPI, Paytm, GPay and USDT. One habit prevents almost every missing deposit: create the order, pay from that order screen, pay exactly that amount, and never reuse a QR or UPI ID from an earlier order. The full deposit walkthrough is at BDG Net deposit.
Create one order and stay on that screen until it is paid.
Scan or copy the payee details shown on this order only.
Enter the order amount exactly, with no rounding up or down.
Note the UTR from the success screen before closing the UPI app.
Refresh the wallet after 1–2 minutes and confirm the credit.
When to stop chasing and what BDG Net does not promise
Stop at the support message. Once the order ID, UTR and screenshot are with customer service, a second deposit, a cancelled order or a repeated ticket can only muddy the trail. The platform does not publish a resolution timeline for unmatched deposits, so any page or group quoting a fixed number of hours is guessing.
Be suspicious of anyone who contacts you about the missing deposit. Accounts that ask for a small fee to release a stuck deposit, or for your password to check it, are the scam that follows a real problem; only you and in-app customer service can see your order.
If your bank app shows the transfer as failed rather than successful, the money never reached the platform and there is nothing to match; the bank reverses a failed UPI debit on its own schedule. Keep the frame honest: BDG Net is for players aged 18 and over, is not available in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland or Sikkim, and every game carries a house edge, so a deposit is entertainment money, not something to stretch yourself to recover.
Frequently Asked Questions
My BDG Net deposit shows To be paid but I already paid. What should I do?
Wait 1–2 minutes and refresh. If it still reads To be paid, check the amount against the order, then send the order ID, UTR and payment screenshot to in-app customer service. Do not cancel the order and do not pay again.
Can I cancel a To be paid order and create a new one?
Only if you have not paid it. Once money has gone out against that order, cancelling removes the record support uses to match your transfer. Leave it open and report it instead.
I paid ₹1,000 against a ₹500 order. Will the full amount be credited?
The system cannot match a ₹1,000 transfer to a ₹500 order automatically, so nothing credits until customer service reviews it. Report the mismatch with the UTR; how the difference is handled is decided by support, not by the app.
How long does BDG Net take to fix a deposit that was not received?
There is no published timeline. Matched deposits usually land in 1–2 minutes; unmatched ones depend on a manual review through in-app support, so keep the chat open and avoid repeat tickets.
Is there a BDG Net deposit helpline phone number?
No. Support is in-app customer service only. Any phone number, WhatsApp account or Telegram user claiming to be a deposit helpline is not the platform and should not be given money or account details.
